APPLICATION
ZXQ-1 Automatic metallographic specimen mounting press machine is a sample grinding process before polishing, which is suitable for metallographic and lithofacies specimens that are not whole shapes and difficult to take. It is convenient to grinding and polishing the sample after inlay and it can be used to observe the micro-structure of the material under metallographic microscope. It can automatically increase temperature, pressure, and automatically stop pressure after press forming, then press the button, the pressed sample is automatically up.
Please be noted that it is only limited to the thermosetting materials (eg. urea-formaldehyde molding powder, and bakelite powder, etc.)
